- Advanced knowledge of offensive security, including application security, networking, operating systems, and databases
- Proven skills in penetration testing and social engineering techniques
- Familiarity with international vulnerability scoring systems, including but not limited to CVSS, CVE, and Zero-Day exploits
- Extensive experience with penetration testing tools such as BurpSuite, MetaSploit, Nmap, SQLmap, Wireshark, and more
- Industry-recognized certifications such as CEH, eJPT, eWPT, OSCP, OSEP are a strong plus
- Involvement in recognized cybersecurity competitions or Capture The Flag (CTF) challenges is highly valued and considered a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) with the ability to convey findings clearly and effectively
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to share results and educate others on security best practices
- Proficient customer interaction skills, ensuring clear communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Exceptional work habits, including being organized, analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a problem-solving mindset and strong integrity in ethical hacking practices
- Strong ability to document, analyze, and communicate security threats effectively
- A risk-management mindset is considered a plus, ensuring proactive security strategies
